About Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that practitioners say promotes healing. The idea is that energy flows from the practitioner’s hands into the client. It’s that energy that creates the relaxation and healing effect.

Reiki Level 1
Reiki level 1 workshop opens the door for a simple, easy and pure way of self-healing and self-empowerment. This is the foundation course for activating Reiki flow in your hands. Reiki Shala teaches and follows the traditional Usui Reiki method which requires no belief, religious bias or spiritual background. This workshop is ideal for those who are looking to increase their vitality, live a stress free and balanced energetic life. This is an experiential workshop with Reiki healing hands on sessions for yourself and others.
Reiki Level 1 Workshop is the beginning of your self empowerment journey as you will learn the techniques to cleanse, balance and harmonize your energies at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. This helps one’s self awareness which leads to a happy and balanced life!!

Prerequisite: None, however it is preferred that the student has experienced at least reiki at least once prior to learning.

Reiki Level 2
Reiki level 2 is for those who wish to expand their knowledge and application of Reiki. It enables you to connect to a greater volume of Reiki energy. In Level 2 you will learn different symbols to use with Reiki for experiencing a quantum leap in Reiki healing. The attunement received in Level 2 activates your connection to the healing symbols and allows you to channel energy through time and space. This allows you to perform remote Reiki sessions through intention, so the recipient does not need to be present for the treatment. Reiki Level 2 enables you to treat both yourself and others with Reiki using the three symbols taught at this level.
The three symbols in Reiki level 2 are:

The Empowerment symbol – empowers Reiki channelized through your palms and also empowers other energy fields.

The Harmony symbol – This symbol is used to bring harmony to other energy fields, cleanse negativity of a space example : harmonising homes, other people, incidents, for improved energy vibrations. The symbol is also used to increase communicative powers, and intuition.

The Sending symbol – this symbol allows Reiki to be sent to different energy fields across time and place and other energy incidents, internal blocks or emotional energy systems etc. This is a very powerful source of personal growth as the practitioner can directly tune into issues and fix them on the causal plane.
Reiki level 2 is an excellent foundation if you want to set up your own Reiki practice or start your own Reiki business.
It is important to have good daily Reiki self practice before taking up level 2 and the recommended time gap between level 1 and 2 is a minimum of 3 months.

Reiki Level 3
Usui Reiki level 3 opens the doorway for a deeper level of healing, transformation and powerful personal growth. We often describe Reiki level 3 as “the mother of all workshops”!!
This workshop is designed to help those who do not wish to teach Reiki and also for those who wish to take up Reiki Master Teacher course later. This workshop helps you to take Reiki to its final level as you will learn how to do an attunement, and to receive the Master’s symbol.
The Master’s symbol is also known as the symbol for transformation and is a very powerful tool for personal growth. Most people experience huge shifts of consciousness after the class. It allows you to truly step into the mysteries of Reiki. Essentially it is about letting go, trusting, and most importantly, self-belief.
As well as preparing you for the rest of the Master training, this module works on raising your energy vibration, understanding your own power through developing your intuition, as well as becoming familiar with the attunement process and how to best utilize the Master’s symbol. Upon completion, students will be given a Reiki Level 3 certificate which signifies their ability to give a Heart attunement.

Time Commitment: 18 hours (3 days) spread across Friday and the weekend.
Prerequisite: You must have done Reiki level 2 with a Reiki Centre trained Reiki Master.

You must have completed Level 2 at least six months previously.

You must have completed the homework.
Please note Reiki Level 3 is about transformation – it can be extremely challenging for those who have not mastered the Reiki Level 2 techniques. The homework is specifically designed to help you get ready, please do not underestimate the energy shift at this level.
